I LOVE Saturday mornings. I get to sleep in, eat a good breakfast, drink my coffee, check my blogs, and then exercise. Saturdays are great because I’m not rushed and I can get a good workout in. Since I hurt my knee about 3 months ago, I’ve been taking it easy. Recently, I’ve been able to run again (yay!) which makes me feel so much better. This got me thinking…what’s your favorite form of exercise? Mine is running. Something about it just makes me feel so accomplished. I love long runs, short sprints, on a treadmill, outside, uphill…you name it! It makes me feel good all day long. And that’s what exercise and healthy living is all about right??

When I was injured, I spent some time on a stationary bike. Boy, was it boring! Then I started reading a book while I was riding and it became more bearable. I also use the elliptical from time to time but I get bored on that too. I realize that the treadmill and the elliptical face the same exact wall but I’m never bored when I run. Weird?
