Just booked my flight and hotel reservations for Chicago! So excited. And nervous.

I’m really going to try and take pics of my whole trip but I don’t know how much cool stuff I’ll be doing. Hopefully I’ll force myself to break out of my shell and go see the stuff you’re supposed to see. I actually used to live in Chicago…well…in the suburbs. And, I was 5 and we only lived there for a year and a half so I don’t know if that even counts.
The first part of the week, I’ll be staying at a boring hotel in the suburbs but the latter part of the week I’ll be staying at the Hilton Towers on Michigan Avenue. It’s super swanky! But hey, I got a good deal using my AAA card.

There are over 1500 rooms! I’m going to get lost. Hopefully, I end up here:

I could use some tips on what to do with yourself for a week. So far, all I’ll be doing is taking my classes during the day, eating, and hitting the gym.
I love staying in hotels. I know they freak some people out and it’s hard being out of your element for a few nights but I dig it. I come home and my room is cleaned for me? Someone made my bed? Got me fresh towels? ROOM SERVICE? What’s not to love?
